Evan Drake Suggs is a doctoral student and staff researcher at Tennessee Technological University. He received his Master’s from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2023. His research focuses are advancing C++ interfaces for on-node and inter-node communication with an emphasis on performance portability and stream-triggered communication.
