Riley Shipley is a doctoral student and staff researcher at Tennessee Technological University. He received his bachelor’s degree (2019) and master’s degree (2021) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His research focuses on understanding communication patterns in scientific applications and developing novel communication abstractions to address shortcomings of existing libraries.
